What it does

Adds smooth scale animations (open & close) to all container GUIs — inventory, chest, crafting table, furnace, and any modded container screen.

How it works

Uses Forge mixins and the ScreenEvent render pipeline to apply a PoseStack scale transform on every container screen frame. The animation runs at 200 ms with a quadratic ease-out on open and ease-in on close. A hasRenderedOnce guard prevents false close animations (e.g. the creative inventory double-open quirk in vanilla Forge).

⛭ Addons & Integrations

Third-party projects that interact with SmoothFy are welcome, provided that they do not include or copy SmoothFy source code, do not redistribute modified versions of SmoothFy, and clearly identify themselves as independent projects.

Creating addons, compatibility modules, integrations, APIs, utilities, or enhancements that work alongside SmoothFy is explicitly permitted.
